These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital products by ElyBear, operated as an individual (private seller), through the website www.elybear.com. By purchasing or accessing any digital product from ElyBear, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Digital Products

All products sold on ElyBear are digital products, specifically printable PDF ebooks intended for personal use only. No physical items are shipped.

1.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before access to the digital product is granted. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, through the Shopify platform.

1.4 Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, digital products are delivered immediately via download link, email, or customer account access. ElyBear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues beyond its control.

1.5 Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that this waives the statutory right of withdrawal once the product is accessed or downloaded, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All digital products sold on ElyBear are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. ElyBear retains full ownership of all content.

1.7 License of Use

Purchases grant the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

ElyBear shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital products. No guarantees of specific results are provided.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and are applicable to international customers.
